Reiki Healing
Reiki is a form of energetic healing that clears away layer upon layer of blocked energy within our meridians, auric fields or chakras, where the causes of disease, anxiety and upset can manifest within our physical bodies. The process rebalances the energy systems and allows clients to begin healing and repairing for personal growth.

Ayurvedic Face Lift
One of my most popular treatments: Ayurvedic massage lifts and plumps the small, but expressive muscles within the face and neck which can often become dehydrated and leave you feeling tired. Working on the marma (reflex) points, this 45 minute treatment leaves clients looking and feeling refreshed.

Indian Head Massage
If you're spending long hours in front of a computer, either at home or in the office, it's common for the muscles around the shoulders, neck and head to become tight and to experience headaches and eye strain. IHM releases any tension and encourages body and mind to relax as the increase in oxygen and blood flowing to soft tissue brings about feelings of release and relaxation to clients.
